Refund Policy
Last updated: August 15, 2026
This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Arcobay paid plans. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. See also our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle. When you subscribe, you get immediate access to the Service. There is no free trial on paid plans.
How to cancel
You may cancel at any time from Manage subscription in your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. Canceling does not automatically refund the current period.
Standard refunds
Because Arcobay is a digital service and access starts as soon as you subscribe, we do not refund unused time on an active billing period, including upgrades, downgrades, or unused seats, except where required by law or as described below.
When we will refund
Contact us and we will refund or reverse a charge when:
- You were charged twice for the same subscription
- The charge was unauthorized or clearly in error
- Consumer law in your country requires a refund or cooling-off period (that right applies in full; for digital services that begin immediately, a cooling-off right may not apply once you start using the Service)
- Paddle or a card network requires a refund under their rules
How to request a refund
Email hello@arcobay.com with the account email and, if you have it, the Paddle receipt or transaction ID. We aim to reply within a few business days. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method.
Chargebacks
If you see a charge you do not recognize, email us before opening a dispute with your bank. Chargebacks can delay resolution and may lead to account suspension while we review the claim.
