These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Arcobay at https://arcobay.comand related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
Arcobay provides architecture documentation tools, including diagrams, decision records, handoff portals, and related features. Features may vary by plan. We may update or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized use. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
Your content & repositories
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights needed to connect repositories and share materials through the Service.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, unauthorized access, interference with other users, scraping beyond permitted APIs, or reverse engineering except where allowed by law.
Plans & billing
Paid plans are billed through our payment provider (Paddle). Fees, renewals, and cancellations follow the plan you select and the checkout terms shown at purchase. Taxes may apply. See Pricing for current plans and our Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Architecture diagrams and generated content are aids — you remain responsible for verifying accuracy before relying on them for production or client decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arcobay is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or risk to the Service. Provisions that should survive termination will survive.
Changes
We may revise these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date on this page.
